Thank you for shopping with Kneeflow. We want your order to arrive as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). During sales events or holiday seasons, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping (United States)

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. International orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days.

US/Canada and EU customers are not required to pay customs duties or import taxes under standard shipping. Customers in other locations may be required to pay local customs charges and import duties subject to local regulations. These fees vary by country and are not collected by Kneeflow at checkout.

Order Tracking

Every order includes free tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email within 24 hours of shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. If your address is not eligible, you will be notified at checkout.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your package appears to be lost, damaged, or stolen, contact us at hello@flowkneemassager.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

We'll work with the carrier to investigate and will either reship your order or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, we need to wait 7 days before opening a carrier claim.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Kneeflow is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at hello@flowkneemassager.com. We can update your address before the order ships.
