We want you to feel confident in every purchase you make at Kneeflow. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at hello@flowkneemassager.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us.
Item Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the massager is defective or damaged, , contact us right away at hello@flowkneemassager.com so we can evaluate the issue and initiate a replacement .
European Union: 3-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund on their end.
