We have a 30-day return policy from the date you received the item.
To be eligible for a return, product must be in its original condition as received and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase at time of initiating the return request.
To initiate a return, you can contact us and if your return is accepted we will send you instructions on where to send the item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All returns or exchanges are subject to a third party verification process.
If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not acceptable we reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your item upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.
All requests for return or exchange of defective products should be made to Kneeflow within 72 hours of receipt of the product by the customer via email or Contact Us form.
Please do not send your item without prior notification.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
We do not refund postage to lost, unclaimed, refused or undelivered packages.
We are not responsible for packages that have been reported stolen, lost or misplaced if carrier has marked them as delivered and not obligated to issue refund for these packages.
We are willing and happy to assist in finding the best solution to get the product to the customer.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item.
